Utility, consultant, and stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with utility companies, engineering consultants, contractors, inspectors, project managers, City departments, property owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve project conflicts, utility issues, review comments, commitments, and other items affecting project delivery.
