Master's degree in Psychology or its equivalent and satisfactory proof of qualifying, continuous employment commencing on or before June 24, 2022 in a program or service operated, regulated, funded or approved by Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) or another human services agency consistent with the "grandparenting" provision defined in Part Y of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2018 as described in OPWDD interpretative memo issued October 7, 2022 and Guidelines to Implement Part Y of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2018 issued by NYSED or any subsequent updates or related provisions. Ability to meet essential physical demands of position, including the ability to sit for extended periods, pushing, pulling and reaching with hands and arms to retrieve and display materials or to open and close doors; use hands to handle, finger or feel objects, tools or controls and ability to complete room set up for sessions, which may include moving/sliding tables, chairs and other equipment around or to room and to otherwise to move around the office/clinic.
