Under the direction of the Director of Education, the Clinical Educator assists in orientation, competency validation, staff support, clinical coaching, simulation activities, and educational initiatives that promote safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. This role serves as an educational resource and leadership presence during evening hours, helping to strengthen staff confidence, clinical performance, communication, teamwork, and regulatory readiness throughout the organization.
