Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy, the Director is responsible for the design, expansion, staffing, and measured performance of clinical pharmacy services supporting the adult service lines, including the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, the WVU Critical Care and Trauma Institute, and the WVU Medicine Center for Organ Transplantation. EXPERIENCE: 1.Completion of one of the following combinations of experience: 2.Completion of a health-system pharmacy administration residency program AND 4 years of administrative experience OR; 3.Completion of a non-health-system pharmacy administration residency program AND 5 years of administrative experience OR; 4.Seven years inpatient and/or health-system pharmacy administrative experience.
