In this role, you will design, improve, and maintain CI/CD systems, developer infrastructure, automated validation pipelines, deployment workflows, observability, and AI-enabled tooling that help engineering teams ship faster with confidence. You will work closely with product engineers, platform teams, and technical leaders to improve GitLab CI/CD, build performance, deployment automation, operational reliability, and the day-to-day developer experience across the organization.
