In this role, you will: Partner with agency leadership and Strategic Technology Solutions (STS) to align technology investments with business priorities and statewide strategy Lead modernization efforts that improve digital services, operational efficiency, and customer experience Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Champion agile and product-oriented delivery practices that increase responsiveness, value, and service quality Strengthen technology governance, cybersecurity, and operational reliability across the organization Serve as a trusted advisor who translates complex technology challenges into practical, mission-focused solutions Your leadership will directly influence how technology enables TDEC to better serve Tennesseans, support employees, and advance critical environmental initiatives across the state.
