Overview:$17.00/hour As the Events & Execution Assistant, you’ll coordinate and execute all Group Sales and Sponsorship events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be the vital link between clients, sales teams, and park departments, delivering unforgettable events and supporting sponsorship activations. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the Area Manager of Events & Execution to manage client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events.</li><li>Lead day-of event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and other group events, managing support teams and addressing client needs.</li><li>Ensure accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and data entry in collaboration with sales support staff.</li><li>Support on-site sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documentation for recaps.</li><li>Serve as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences.</li><li>Travel to assist with events at other park locations as needed.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum age of 16.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows.</li><li>Experience with Sales-force CRM is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality and customer service experience.</li><li>Physical Requirements:</li><li>Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.</li><li>Frequently sitting, standing, bending, and grasping.</li><li>Typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.</li><li>Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation.</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. </li><li>Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older.</li></ul>

Job Summary:Provides high-level support on designated priority functions for the executive leadership team and the board at Roppe Holding Company. This role is vital to the efficient operation of the executive leadership team, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will manage employee events, complex calendars, coordinate travel, handle confidential information, and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This individual must be able to fill in for other Executive Assistants  as well as anticipate needs, work independently, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute company events (e.g., employee appreciation events, milestone celebrations, Employee Meetings, and engagement activities)</li><li>Schedule appointments, balance checkbooks, and travel arrangements for Don and Judy Miller,</li><li>Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring alignment of priorities and smooth day-to-day operations</li><li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate detailed travel arrangements (business and personal), including itineraries, accommodations, and supporting materials</li><li>Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings, board meetings, and events</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders</li><li>Draft, edit, and manage business communications, including correspondence, policies, and presentations, handling confidential information with discretion</li><li>Manage incoming communications (calls, mail, inquiries), prioritizing and directing as appropriate</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee administrative office functions, including supply management, calendars, and shared resources</li><li>Support coordination of company-wide processes, meetings, and events (e.g., board meetings, quarterly initiatives)</li><li>Ensure upkeep and organization of office and common areas</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate logistics for executive-led initiatives, events, and engagements</li><li>Complete errands and provide hands-on support as needed to meet executive and business needs</li><li>Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned</li></ul> Essential Functions:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels, executive leadership, external partners, and community stakeholders</li><li>Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and present clear and effective communications</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems; ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies</li><li>Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and support executive and organizational priorities</li><li>Ability to support and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics across multiple locations</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working in an office environment</li><li>Ability to move throughout office, plant, and event locations as needed</li><li>Occasional lifting, carrying, and handling of materials (e.g., event supplies, files, equipment)</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and transporting materials as needed</li></ul> Education, Experience, and Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>Completion of a two-year degree or certification from a technical or junior college in secretarial science, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or related role required.</li><li>Proficient in the use of computer applications and office software.</li></ul>
