These include but are not limited to: project management, travel arrangements, parts ordering, project quoting, budgetary management and client interaction.Essential job functions:<ul><li>Exercises overall project control for designated brand/brands</li><li>Frequent, regular interface with Chrysler management/agencies to discuss projects</li><li>Responsible to monitor and maintain projects within budget</li><li>Perform quoting services encompassing all aspects of client projects</li><li>Process proposals, product placement and transportation coordination</li><li>Supervise shows and corporate events to ensure successful outcomes</li><li>Maintain and regularly update vehicle tracking spreadsheet</li><li>Perform timely and appropriate activities to support all financial/accounting procedures</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; some college coursework in related field (marketing, business, etc.) required</li><li>Prior automotive experience preferred</li></ul>Requires the following skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication, both oral and written.
