Submits promotional material requests (Workfront) through the internal Creative team, sets realistic timeframes for creation and proof of documents to meet event roll-out dates, and ensures invitations and/ or e-mails are deployed timely to meet event deadlines. Assembles event assets– registration/rooming lists, badges and/or name tags, artwork supporting the event, print materials, and any other items/signage required for the event.
