Responsibilities include planning, development and implementation of local, grassroots marketing related events and programs, but are not limited to, STHS signature events (Winter Texan Expo, Trauma & Injury Prevention Expo), grand openings, internal and external health fairs, career days, physician speaker seminars, community lectures, special screening promotions at local schools and businesses, tours and outreach planning. The position serves as a brand ambassador for South Texas Health System as s/he executes a variety of onsite and virtual programs and events for the system in an effort to educate the community, including local businesses, organizations, physicians, schools, patients and the general community, about STHS and its services and offerings.
