You partner closely with field marketing, vendors, AV teams, and internal stakeholders-sharing what's working, flagging issues early, and making sure every handoff is clean so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own end-to-end coordination of field events, webinars, and virtual programs, managing logistics from the first kick-off call to the final post-event report, and making decisions confidently without needing to be told what napkin color to order.
