24/7 Unit Operational Command: Hold comprehensive clinical and administrative management responsibility for two downstairs resident care units, Clinical Quality & Survey Readiness: Lead daily unit operations to ensure continuous compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) regulations, CMS guidelines, and QAPI performance metrics. LTC Management Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting, with at least 1 to 2 years in a formal leadership role (e.g., Unit Manager, Assistant DON, or Charge Nurse).
