Reviews contract documents, scopes, RFIs, submittals, coordination drawings, and field conditions; communicates project impacts; supports cost, labor, equipment, material, permitting, inspections, and site mobilization efforts; mentors field staff and represents Rudolph & Sletten professionally. Oversees subcontractors and field personnel, coordinates work across all trades and specialty healthcare systems, leads coordination meetings, and maintains collaborative relationships with owners, healthcare representatives, design teams, inspectors, trades, and unions.
