Potential project examples include tollgate and PMO software alignment, project financial dashboards, manufacturing cost and cost-of-quality analysis, post-mortem action tracking, Field Services resource planning, Salesforce pipeline data quality, and commercial quote process improvement. The intern will support a maturing PMO by helping strengthen project governance, tollgate discipline, project financial visibility, execution performance, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement across Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Project Management teams.
