Perform robust market research - through third-party data providers and communication both internally and with local brokers - to compile relevant lease comparable, sale comparable, competitive sets, development pipelines, and general market data to inform underwritings. The role will involve working with teams across our core functions, including: portfolio management, asset management, development, equity & debt capital markets, property management, corporate strategy, innovation, design and construction, and third party teams.
