Issuing Organization. p>The University of Chicagos Annual Security & Fire Safety Report (Report) provides information about University offices and programs that provide safety support, crime and fire statistics, emergency response and communications plans, and other policies and information. • Supports annual Office of Career Services events, including Firmwise and the Pro Bono Luncheon, by managing logistics, communications, scheduling, and on-site support with guidance from the Events Manager and Director of Events. Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required. This may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs; Oversees all reports, logs and pass downs generated by and for the Security Department. li>Process requests for final paychecks, anniversary bonuses and other pay related issues, and execute the distribution of such pay; act as a Company representative in such matters as unemployment hearings, workers' compensation hearings/depositions, union meetings (where applicable), state agency activities, depositions, and other related liability matters.
