Under the direct supervision of the Director of Laboratory Services, supervises and assist in monitoring the efficiency of general clinical laboratory and pathology operations, including operational planning (overseas the day to day operation), orientation/in-service-training-motivation-performance evaluation and management of staff, organizing and delineating all duties and responsibilities of all clinical testing including POC, quality management, workflow and processes, problem solving, equipment maintenance, inter-hospital relationships with the laboratory, TAT evaluation, proficiency testing review, and various other projects that are assigned.
