Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in higher education administration, business administration, public administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, and five (5) to eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, or a related field, including management or supervisory experience. The Executive Director oversees admissions and recruitment operations through the effective use of data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) technologies, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled communication tools, and other enrollment technologies to enhance operational effectiveness, improve the prospective student experience, and support data-informed decision-making.
