The successful candidate will provide department leadership, oversee staff performance, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with other departments to support exceptional resident care. Previous leadership experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Long-Term Care, Healthcare, Hospitality, or a related field strongly preferred.
