Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, and coordinate collaboration; Managing vendor relationships and contracts for physical security services and products, including: (i) evaluating vendor proposals, (ii)negotiating contracts, and (iii) monitoring vendor performance; Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Real Estate teams, to diagnose problems, and influence project or program direction and stakeholder decisions; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving success metrics related to building/facility safety; and Developing project timeline, gathering requirements, assessing risks, and leveraging presentations and storylines to influence executive level decisions. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
