Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Executive Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations including service provision, financial performance, human resources, licensure compliance, clinical oversight, sales, marketing, and census development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in senior living operations and a deep understanding of the regulatory, clinical, and resident-care intricacies that come with leading an assisted living and/or memory care community.
