You will also oversee a team and vendors for remodeling, additions, maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, janitorial services, general grounds, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, electrical systems, and other departments. Proven leadership skills, flexibility, the ability to quickly understand intricate documents and communicate effectively with various groups (in writing or verbally), basic math skills, as well as computer savvy (including BAS) are among the key requirements.
