The ideal candidate is an experienced pediatric medical social worker with exceptional clinical judgment, strong leadership and program development skills, and a demonstrated commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and advancing equitable, compassionate care for children and families facing complex hematologic and oncologic illnesses. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, this role is responsible for delivering comprehensive psychosocial assessment, evidence-based intervention, crisis management, and ongoing support to children, adolescents, young adults up to age 22, and their families across the cancer care continuum-from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and bereavement.
