Occupational Therapists/OTs use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients and the basic motor functions of patients, as well as to compensate for any loss of function that patient may be experiencing.  Occupational Therapists/OTs administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed by Occupational Therapists/OTs in accordance with the physicians' orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.<h4>Qualifications</h4>Occupational Therapists/OTs must meet the following requirements:<ul><li>Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices. </li><li>A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting. </li><li>Medicare home health experience is preferred. </li></ul>$5,000 Sign On Bonus<h4>Additional Information</h4>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer. <h2>Job Description</h2>The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for the origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. He or she conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation, conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines, and meets scheduling and documentation requirements and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President of Residential Mortgage Lending. The Mortgage Loan Officer serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. In addition, he or she provides general bank information, cross-sells services, and helps other Mortgage Loan personnel as necessary. Qualifications<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry or the ability to obtain such</li><li>Mortgage loan processing/lending experience preferred</li><li>Real estate background helpful</li><li>Knowledge of Bank loan policies, products, procedures, processing, and underwriting guidelines preferred</li><li>Familiarity with title reports, insurance, and appraisals preferred</li><li>Strong interviewing skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good analytical and financial skills</li><li>Able to operate related computer applications, calculator, and other basic business equipment</li><li>Able to accommodate and get along well with coworkers</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a large amount of stress</li></ul> Responsibilities<ul><li>Interviews, takes applications, and processes preliminary documentation on loan requests, discussing loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation in such a manner as to elicit positive responses from customers</li><li>Performs follow-up work as necessary to achieve conditional approval within established time frames</li><li>Notifies customer if loan is referred back to Officer because of problem ratios or credit ratings</li><li>Advises customers of loan approval or denial and explains loan denials precisely and clearly to customers</li><li>Completes lending operations in accordance with established Bank policies and legal requirements</li><li>Informs customers of Bank loan policies and services</li><li>Counsels customers regarding money management and financial matters and customers whose loan requests were denied, explaining reasons and alternatives</li><li>Coordinates functions with related departments and Branches and provides support as needed</li><li>Helps other area personnel as required</li><li>Keeps management informed of area activities and any significant problems or concerns</li><li>Attends and participates in meetings and committees as required</li><li>Stays informed regarding changes in lending standards, related legal requirements, and trends in local real estate and competitive market</li><li>Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly</li><li>Cross-sells bank services by maintaining a general working knowledge of all bank products</li><li>Promotes D.L. Evans Bank at all times</li><li>Serves as a representative for D.L.
