Proven ability to build and scale agentic task-automation solutions (task agents) that eliminate manual work, streamline end-to-end workflows (including exceptions and handoffs), and deliver measurable business impact (e.g., cycle-time reduction, productivity gains, improved accuracy/quality, and higher CSAT). Hands-on experience building agentic, LLM-powered applications end-to-end, including orchestration pipelines (tool use and agent workflows), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation of model outputs using practical quality/grounding frameworks.
