Design products that enable manufacturer hub services, including patient enrollment, benefits investigation, prior authorization, copay and free drug programs, specialty pharmacy routing, patient communications, adherence support, and other access workflows that improve therapy initiation and continuation. The ideal candidate also brings direct experience building or supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer patient services and hub programs, with a deep understanding of the operational workflows that connect prescribers, patients, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturers throughout the therapy access journey.
