Develops and maintains comprehensive financial models and projections for proposed projects and strategic initiatives, including development costs, operating assumptions, unit pricing, entrance fees, occupancy, revenue, expenses, cash flow, debt capacity, investment returns, sensitivity analyses, and downside scenarios. Leads the development and execution of financing strategies for capital projects and organizational growth, including tax-exempt and taxable debt, bank financing, public bond offerings, lines of credit, investment resources, philanthropy, joint ventures, and other available sources of capital.
