p>Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will: - Develop and execute the company's global revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities;
- Lead and coordinate sales and marketing teams to deliver consistent growth and strong client relationships;
- Build and manage a predictable revenue pipeline, including both new business and existing accounts expansion;
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, co-development, and publishing collaborations that drive long-term value;
- Analyze performance metrics and forecast revenues;
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Production leadership to align commercial goals and optimize pricing and service offerings to maximize profitability;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence;
- Develop and mentor Business Development talent across regional teams.
Superpowers you have:
- 10+ years of experience in business development roles within the video game industry, preferably in external development;
- Deep understanding of the co-development landscape;
- Team management experience, including cross-cultural teams;
- Strong understanding of game production pipelines, publishers' needs, and outsourcing models;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with top publishers and developers;
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and performance metrics for complex, multi-region operations.
