Own the site operations workstream for M&A integrations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to assess operational readiness, integrate acquired sites and teams, align processes and systems, and ensure a seamless transition into the Iterative Health operating model. You'll lead a team of Regional Directors who oversee Site Managers, Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, and other research professionals, while partnering closely with Principal Investigators and leaders across the organization to drive performance, growth, and scale.
