Through proactive collaboration, this position implements health sciences development initiatives, strategically evaluates healthcare education trends based on national, state, and local workforce data, and achieves milestones directly aligned with the college''s mission, goals, and strategic initiatives. The Dean of the Health Sciences Pathway exercises executive leadership in planning, organizing, directing, and assessing programs and processes that promote academic achievement, innovation, and strategic growth across all levels of the Health Sciences Pathway.
