Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification by AHA or ARC, CPI certification, 1 year of medical surgical experience, EPIC documentation experience, ability to take 1:6 nurse-patient ratio, able to perform bedside shift report, able to titrate drips such as Heparin, Bumex, Lasix, and comfortable with first-time travelers, experience working with shift expectations (days vs nights). **Additional Information:**unit handles a mix of adult and adolescent patients with common diagnoses; includes responsibilities such as bedside patient rounding, proactive call light response, and assisting with vital signs and accuchecks; orientation is 1.5 shifts; RN float to IMCU may be required; scrubs are navy blue; team-based environment emphasizing teamwork and communication.
