Essential Technical Duties (Hands-On): Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on all major building systems, including complex multi-zone commercial HVAC (VAV, heat pumps, chilled/hot water loops), residential HVAC (split systems), electrical (240V/480V distribution, panels, ballasts, controls), generators, plumbing, fire alarm panels and sprinkler systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting /repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems; performing painting, landscaping, general cleaning with scrubbing / pressure washing machinery, appliance repairs; general carpentry, constructing or repairing structures such as counters, cabinets, benches, and other fixtures as needed.
