Core Responsibilities* Lead expediting efforts on major projects or oversee a team of expeditors, providing direction, prioritization, and technical guidance* Monitor supplier progress against purchase order requirements, with a strong focus on delivery schedules and milestone adherence* Gather, validate, and analyze supplier data to measure performance against contractual obligations* Provide clear, timely reporting to project and supply management teams, highlighting risks, delays, and recovery plans* Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address schedule risks and maintain project momentum* Participate in or lead Supply Management strategy development and execution for assigned projects* Identify and communicate commercial and delivery risks, advising stakeholders on potential impacts and solutions* Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, project controls, and construction teams to align priorities* Support continuous improvement of expediting systems, tools, and processes, including troubleshooting and mentoring others* Act as a senior advisor within the function, sharing expertise and supporting capability development across the team#LI-JS4What you'll bring to the roleYou bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills, allowing you to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
