Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and planning skills with good judgment under pressure; strong attention to detail and follow-through; clear, direct communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Logistics, Production, and outside vendors; comfortable working in ERP or inventory management systems; mechanical dexterity and general comfort with shop tools and equipment; solid understanding of basic mechanics and the ability to visualize and understand how parts and components fit and work together; strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency; ability to work without supervision; ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Experience: At least 2 years of related experience in aviation MRO, logistics, or supply chain, or related field preferred; military experience in logistics, supply chain, or maintenance is highly desirable.
