A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in English, media engineering, instructional technology, network engineering, computer science, or a related field AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience supporting and implementing multimedia and instructional technology infrastructure systems in higher educational environments. Designs, installs, supports, and maintains complex instructional and conferencing environments, including Hyflex classrooms, Creative Arts, performance, production, immersive, simulation based, and virtual meeting platform-enabled instructional and meeting spaces; ensures reliable integration of audiovisual, instructional, and collaboration technologies.
