MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering and three (3) years of direct experience in municipal engineering, public works, or utility infrastructure projects with emphasis on water and wastewater systems.
