Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.8-10 years of progressive experience in physical security, asset protection, law enforcement, military security, or related disciplines.3-5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide security operations across multiple geographically dispersed locations. The Senior Manager partners with Information Technology, Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, Risk Management, Legal, and Executive Leadership to implement security programs, assess risk, and recommend improvements that help protect employees, facilities, physical assets, and business operations.
