The Welder/Fabricator II will perform and/or assist in the practices and procedures of laying out and completing welded/fabricated equipment and parts to repair and maintain a wide variety of water utility assemblies, parts and equipment ranging from large gates, valves, pipelines, shafts, impellers and housings to structures, cabinets, vaults, catwalks, guard rails, drain covers, and similar equipment. Relevant experience is defined as:A combination of experience performing at least 3 of the following different types of welding: plasma arc, shielded metal arc, carbon arc, gas metal arc, flux-core arc, gas tungsten arc, submerged arc, Oxygen acetylene processes, MIG, or Tig.
