Maintain and manage mission-critical building systems and infrastructure, including: medium-voltage switchgear, standby diesel generators and associated fuel storage systems, precision cooling systems for hardened operational spaces and server rooms, fire suppression systems for general workspaces, server rooms, and electrical rooms (wet pipe sprinkler, clean agent, and CO systems as applicable), a water well plant and distribution system, and an aerobic septic system. Working knowledge of fire suppression systems across multiple protection types, including wet pipe and dry pipe sprinkler systems for general occupancy areas, clean agent suppression systems (e.g., FM-200, Novec 1230) for server rooms and sensitive electronics spaces, and CO or dry chemical systems for electrical rooms — including familiarity with inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) requirements under NFPA 25, NFPA 2001, and applicable local fire codes.
