Perform a variety of routine maintenance functions such as cleaning equipment and facilities, painting, grounds work, lubricating, moving and relocating equipment and furnishings, changing/installing lamps and filters, receiving fuel oil deliveries, sampling outfalls, performing chemical treatment of water systems, visually inspecting equipment and faculties, working on ladders, scaffolding, rigging and the like. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks to install, operate, maintain, adjust, diagnose and repair facility heating, cooling, refrigeration, ventilation, boilers, and air handling systems and associated fans, air cleaners, air compressors, chillers, pumps, motors, etc.
