Key Responsibilities: * Monitor plant systems and gas collection networks to increase gas yield, quality, and uptime * Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for operational and equipment issues * Identify operational improvements to enhance plant reliability and production * Lead development and optimization of preventative and corrective maintenance programs across RNG assets * Use and enhance Maximo (CMMS) for asset management, work order execution, and maintenance planning * Partner with site teams to improve maintenance execution, outage planning, and long-term asset reliability * Lead the transition of RNG facilities from construction/commissioning into full operations ("readiness to operations") * Support commissioning, startup, and performance validation to ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations * Promote best practices across RNG and LFGTE operations * Support onboarding of new assets, including development of operational and maintenance procedures Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related) from an ABET-accredited program * Experience: Senior Level: 5+ years or Principal Level: 8+ years in RNG, LFGTE, power generation, or similar industrial/process environments * Expertise in plant operations, maintenance practices, and industrial equipment systems * Experience with CMMS platforms (preferably Maximo) and maintenance program management * Direct experience with RNG or landfill gas operations * Experience leading maintenance, reliability, or outage programs * Familiarity with compressors, gas treatment systems, flares, and related equipment * Experience supporting commissioning and startup of industrial facilities * Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
