Remain familiar with all building areas (Front of House and Heart of House), all pieces of equipment, and installations (technical rooms, utility meters, pipe and duct routing, heating and cooling, ventilation, water supply, sewage, grease separations, kitchen equipment, spa and gym equipment, elevators, sprinklers, and other devices). Conduct daily on-site inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, DHW, pool & fountain, sprinkler, LPG, and kitchen equipment) while filling out checklists and acting according to the instructions of direct superiors.
