Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will take hands-on responsibility for moving initiatives from concept to operational reality, including ASC and facility opportunities, laboratory and compliance work, new services, technology deployments, and vendor-enabled operating improvements. ASC, Facility & Capacity Initiatives Lead hands-on development of ASC, facility, and capacity initiatives, including demand assessment, provider coverage plans, staffing models, workflow design, equipment needs, and launch requirements.
