A Facilities Maintenance Plumber is expected to take ownership of assigned areas, identify concerns before they become failures, protect university resources, and contribute to a department culture built on pride, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. While plumbing is the employee's primary area of responsibility, this position will: Assist HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, locksmith, grounds, and general maintenance personnel with projects and repairs as workload and operational needs require.
