Reporting to the Director of Communication and Organizational Impact, this role helps strengthen authentic partnerships with students, families, staff, and community organizations while supporting initiatives that enhance engagement, connection, and organizational culture across the region. Collaborate with the Director of Communication and Organizational Impact to identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and community partnerships that advance KIPP Capital Region Public Charter Schools priorities and initiatives.
