The Facilities Engineer also maintains facility plans and records, drives special projects, and collaborates with Real Estate Operations, Construction Management, Maintenance, Security, vendors, contractors, design professionals, and facility users to deliver high-quality facility services and operational excellence. This position manages key infrastructure assets, including energy and power distribution systems, emergency generators, HVAC systems and controls, roofing systems, and elevator inspections and maintenance.
