This role requires strong technical judgment, quality-control discipline, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with management, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams, and will support our DoW, DHS, VA, and GSA portfolio. Experience using the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) Sustainment Management System (SMS), including BUILDER, for facility condition assessment, asset inventory, data entry, quality control, and lifecycle or capital-investment planning.
