Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Client Services, the General Manager of Community Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance of the personnel and the maintenance of physical property of the Association, ensuring compliance with established community and Board policies and procedures. The General Manager of Community Operations is tasked with managing the community, working in conjunction with the community Board of Directors, and actively supporting the community’s values, vision and philosophies.
