Coordinate and oversee external contractors, vendors, inspectors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and facility improvement projects; serve as the primary RTP site representative and point of contact for facility-related matters. Perform general facilities maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and minor installations across RTP locations, including building systems, infrastructure, and general trades work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support).
