Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; Google Apps; Considerable knowledge of maintenance; Ability to provide attention to detail and to minimize errors; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability and physical strength sufficient to move objects; Ability to recognize and report hazards and apply safe work methods; Ability to work independently and part of a team and complete tasks in the absence of clear direction; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, staff members of external funding agencies, and the community. Directs work associated with the development, administration, and management of maintenance in various trades to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and glass/flooring repairs.
